A Real-Life Moment and a lesson. A friend and I were recently having a friendly conversation about getting together. We were discussing times, days, and a place. However, that simple discussion—because of stress, our flesh, and plain human weakness—turned into several disagreements that eventually became an argument. Looking back, at least from my perspective, it was a trivial issue that became far more overblown than it ever needed to be. This was not really about schedules or logistics. It was about our humanity. Both of us are human. Both of us carry stress. And when you are tired and living in the flesh, even a small situation can turn into two rams battling for dominance.
