A. Faith in Jesus Christ 


John 3: 16 Ephesians 2:8 For it is by grace you have been saved, through faith—and this is not from yourselves, it is the gift of God— 9 not by works, so that no one can boast. New International Version


     A Christian is one who trust in Jesus alone for salvation,  This is not the same as believing things about Jesus!  Many say yes we believe in Jesus He was a prophet , a great teacher a Guru a Revolutionary.. Ect. 


   Pharisee saw all Jesus did but they refused to trust in Jesus .They could not deny his miracles but rejected him as Lord and King. 

James 2:19 “Thou believest that there is one God; thou doest well: the devils also believe, and tremble.”


  Many people know all about Hitler but if you are believer in Hitler you are a NAZI.


Mark 1; 15 “The time has come,” he said. “The kingdom of God has come near. Repent and believe the good news!”( john 3: 16) - New International Version
  

B. Fellowship - 


1. Spend time with Jesus in the word Christ live through you relationship 


1 Corinthians 1:9 God is faithful, who has called you into fellowship with his Son, Jesus Christ our Lord.  New International Version



1 John 1:6 If we claim to have fellowship with him and yet walk in the darkness, we lie and do not live out the truth.


 2. Go to church


Hebrews 10:24 And let us consider how we may spur one another on toward love and good deeds, 25 not giving up meeting together, as some are in the habit of doing, but encouraging one another-and all the more as you see the Day approaching.


C.  Requires pain

2 Corinthians 12:10 That is why, for Christ’s sake, I delight in weaknesses, in insults, in hardships, in persecutions, in difficulties. For when I am weak, then I am strong.



Matthew 5:38 “You have heard that it was said, ‘Eye for eye, and tooth for tooth.’[a] 39 But I tell you, do not resist an evil person. If anyone slaps you on the right cheek, turn to them the other cheek also. 40 And if anyone wants to sue you and take your shirt, hand over your coat as well. New International Version


process takes time fellowship -  Romans 5:3 Not only so, but we also glory in our sufferings, because we know that suffering produces perseverance; 4 perseverance, character; and character, hope. New International Version


Romans 12:19

19 Do not take revenge, my dear friends, but leave room for God’s wrath, for it is written: “It is mine to avenge; I will repay,”  says the Lord.


E. Follow after -- pursue Jesus 


Matthew 16:24
Take Up the Cross and Follow Him
Then Jesus said to His disciples, “If anyone desires to come after Me, let him deny himself, and take up his cross, and follow Me.


1 John 3:10 By this the children of God and the children of the devil are obvious: anyone who does not practice righteousness is not of God, nor the one who does not love his brother.


Romans 8:29 For those God foreknew he also predestined to be conformed to the image of his Son, that he might be the firstborn among many brothers and sisters.New International Version


Philippians 1:21 For to me, to live is Christ, and to die is gain.New King James Version


  To live is......  " Money ?, Cosplay ?  Tik Tok?  Your kids?   Food?  Being angry?  Being gay". what is your identity?  Your identity should be in Christ. Ask yourself  what is holding you back !!  what do you live FOR. What do you devote your time and life to !  


You must forsake anything that you may put before Jesus.  


God want us to be conformed to his image  "he will not confirm to your image "

  Dear loved and valued one,      I writing this to you in the precious name of Jesus Christ. Jesus who I believe is the blessed Savoir and Son of God. I know that may not be what you believe and I respect that, Even though I personally may not agree. This is not going to be a long attempt at trying to prove or convince you of anything. Christmas ?

                                                                   Christmas?   Christmas, Easter the Sabbath day bring disputes over whether they are PAGAN or is it the right day. So earlier in the last few weeks I overheard a conversation between a sister in Christ when she tried to witness to a person. As she was witnessing he asked her "but what about the Sabbath when do you worship" and she admitted on Sunday. The person then said "what about Christmas do you celebrate" and she said "yes" and he immediately began to talk about the fact that sunday was not the sabbath and Christmas is pagan day and we do not know when Jesus was actually born. The message of the Gospel could have been sidetracked as she tried to defend celebrating Christmas and Sundays.
