TIME IS SHORT

                                                                Time is short


  The rich man prepared to live for many years to come . He saved and built set up all his accounts , bought stocks and a new mansion , all his trips and his life's goals were planed out into the future. We all do this; we speak and plan as if we have all the time in the world. It is worst when we are young when 70 to 100 years seems like well " like a life time"  But the reality is it is a small moment of time.  God is eternal he had no beginning and no end. Jesus, part of the Trinity(God father ,Son and Holy Sprit),says in Revelation 22:13 "I am the Alpha and the Omega, the Beginning and the End, the First and the Last." Everything else, every angel,demon , the universe, star, animal, rock, plant  and human have a begining and then in the physical world an end.  Death and taxes the saying goes are inevitable. For humans however, the bible says death is only a partial end . 

  After death we enter into eternity ! Where we all will live forever. Jesus Christ in the book of Luke speaks about the reality that death can come when we lease expect and you enter eternity leaving all your :thing " behind. Luke 12: 16 And he spake a parable unto them, saying, The ground of a certain rich man brought forth plentifully: 17 And he thought within himself, saying, What shall I do, because I have no room where to bestow my fruits? 18 And he said, This will I do: I will pull down my barns, and build greater; and there will I bestow all my fruits and my goods. 19 And I will say to my soul, Soul, thou hast much goods laid up for many years; take thine ease, eat, drink, and be merry. 20 But God said unto him, Thou fool, this night thy soul shall be required of thee: then whose shall those things be, which thou hast provided?

  The book of Hebrews 9:27  declared “And as it is appointed unto men once to die, but after this the judgment:”  the moment you die you will be in eternity and will have a fixed destiny.  without Jesus as a savoir you must face that judgement alone with your life of breaking 'God's laws. You be judged with equality and with justice. The penalty will be to perish and be condemned,but John 3:16  declares hope "For God so loved the world, that he gave his only begotten Son, that whosoever believeth in him should not perish, but have everlasting life. 17 For God sent not his Son into the world to condemn the world; but that the world through him might be saved."

  So use your time now accept Jesus' offer to redeem you by his sacrifice before your time like the foolish rich man's ends.  Time is short and time flies even if you think you have 100 years left.
