          9/11/01 has been called one of the worst days in the history of the nation.  Planes were hijacked and flown crashing into the twin towers that made up the World Trade Center in New York City , Pentagon in Washington and fourth plane crashed in a field in near a city of Pennsylvania.   One thing that I remember is how everyone in the days after the attack ran to churches and temples, and mosques  seeking answers and solace in the spiritual and in God. The years that have followed have seen that drive fade; now many people especially those who are under 30 have begun to discard God and organized religion.       Many have also observed that the unity that the nation shared after the attack is now gone as we face political divisions. Every Christian must ask what is their purpose for existence. Peter says make your make your calling and election sure. God saved you for a reason no one can handle your assignment. No one can pray, teach or preach for you  or fulfill your calling.  Black Panther, Jackie Robinson and Thurgood Marshall, actor Chadwick Boseman died last week from colon cancer at the age of 43. The entertainment community and fans were shocked and sadden to hear the news. My reaction was the same but after a few days concern was added. Many fellow believers on social media were asking an important question.  They asked had he accepted  Jesus,  was he saved, in fact did he even go to church. I have to admit that was not my first thought. My thoughts were like many fans ; how sad it was and how would they handle the new super hero movies. The salvation question was on the list but it should have been first.       In January another hero this time in sports Kobe Bryant died in a helicopter crash at the age of 41. On 9/1/202 baseball hall of fame pitcher Tom Seaver died at the age of 75 .   The reality is we all must travel that road one day.. The Word of God states in Hebrews 9:27 "And as it is appointed unto men once to die, but after this the ju
